About this role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Understanding Project & Change Details, Durability & DVP requirement, budget workout, presentation, Review & Release to Program Team

2. Co-ordination with Build / VI for layout reviews, CAE, CFD, Critical clearances & summarization with reports.

3. Coordination with VI/COE’s for DFMEA’s for Product & Process point of view & consolidation of reports.

4. Benchmarking – Coordination with stakeholders for benchmarking test identification & drive closure.

5. Management Reviews / MIS / Reports - Preparation of presentations for Management reviews, Validation representation in reviews, Weekly Validation status release, CVPEC & Sr Leadership review preparation & release.

6. Gateway clearances for Validation -PESO, ESO release for projects, Critical concern sign off document preparation & sign off, ensure supporting documentation for Pre-ESO / ESO (Engine ESO, FE Report, FI Report etc), Review & release of Pre-ESO document, Sign off concerns & other inputs. 7. Concern Managements- Ensure same day concern reporting in Concern management system, Concern resolution meeting with COEs & Program Team – Daily, tracking of concerns status, action plan availability & updating, Gemba reviews for concern demonstration, explanation to COEs & investigations, Action plan revalidation and closure, Documentation of sign off concerns (as and when req).

8. DVP Drive and execution- Coordination with Test expert/domains team for DVP creation wrt testing phases, discussion of the same & Sign off with respective stakeholders. Drive closure of all decided DVP’s, escalation of failed DVP’s, closure with concerned stakeholders & Sign off if needed.

9. Durability tracking & drive- Coordination with Durability team for planning no of vehicles, allocation & execution of Durability running of projects, on time escalation of durability issues, tracking, Gemba & closure of concerns.

10. Post Launch and Field feedback management- Getting field concern data from PVT and circulate to team, Concern analysis w.r.t. field feedback for recent launch projects (emerging concerns) & Compilation of field concerns analysis & outcomes.

11. Lessons Learnt- Ensure Details of lessons learnt in validation w.r.t. project, tracking of action plan based on lessons learnt, Validation Process & Reviews & monitoring of action plan implementation.

12. RGA / MTBF- Preparation & updation of RGA Report template, targets, plans finalization, RGA Report release to stakeholders, RGA Concerns resolution through Gemba Reviews, CFT Meetings & Ensure efficiency of RGA vehicle running.

13. Test vehicles drive & Concern identification- Drive plan for Durability vehicles with Seniors - VD, Validation, Critical COEs, Scheduled drive by self for durability vehicles, Ensure reporting of concerns identified in Long Drives / Weekly drives

14. Behavioural – Shall be able to adapt to changes in the projects, must have agility, collaboration & Boldness in taking project decisions.

15. Budgeting & Planning / Budget tracking.
