Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Responsible for project handling from concept to productionization.
2.Responsible for 3D assembly Layout and BOM Preparation.
3.Responsible for DFA / DFS for the transmission.
4.Responsible for Dwg Release and tracking.
5.Responsible for Weight and cost tracking.
6.Responsible for Assembly level tolerance stacking.
7.Responsible for co ordination with in COE and other departments.
8.Responsible for Field Failure analysis.
9. Basic understanding on Transmission architecture and Layouts
10 Knowledge on manufacturing processes, DFA and DFMEA
11 Adherence to project timelines and milestone achivements.

Qualifications
BE/B.Tech, in mechanical or Automobile experience
General Requirements

Good communicaton skills and manegiral skills
Should be able to work with CDT & design houses
Functional Competenceies:
1. 3D Modelling.
2. 3D Assembly.
3. DMU Analysis.
4. Interface analysis
5. Breakdown of tractor requirments in to transmission sub system.
4. Indepth knowledge in GD&T, DFMEA.
5. Transmission, Axle & Contorls linkages concept/detail design.
5. Understanding of Tractor & Transmission.

What you'll do
- The role is responsible for managing the transaxle project from initial concept through to productionization, including creating 3D assembly layouts, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), and tracking weight and cost.
