| • Design and analyse Driveshaft / CVJ components for automotive/industrial applications. • Utilize CAD software (CATIA / UG) to meticulously design driveline components, Articulation study, Packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. • Conduct performance, durability, and reliability testing of driveline components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of driveline systems into the overall vehicle architecture. • Work closely with powertrain, vehicle dynamics, and NVH Team to balance driveline performance • Identify and implement improvements in driveline technology to enhance vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, and reduce emissions. • Work with external suppliers for sourcing driveline components, ensuring parts meet stringent quality and performance criteria. • Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management. • Maintain records of testing, validation processes, and lessons learned for future product iteration • Expected to know & have light motor vehicle driving & license • Knowledge in DFMEA, Benchmark, Root Cause Analysis etc.. is must • Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Adams) for system modeling and analysis in added advantage |
