Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Deliver on TCP Targets for Part Development
- Budget Preparation to Confirm Investment of Project.
- Co-ordinate with Design Team and supplier for the closer of Statement of Requirement.
- Should have good Knowledge of different manufacturing process of Casting and Forging. Sheet Metal, and HT processes.
- Should be able to prepare the development timeline with supplier to ensure the timely delivery of parts in line with project requirement.
- Timely completion of technical sign-off along with Engg to ensure that only the suppliers capable of meeting TCP Targets are signed-off
- Timely completion of Vendor PPAP and handover to SQE & SCM
Good Know how of Clutch/ Transmission/ Gears /forgings and Machining Process. - Should be able to take out the resource requirement for transmission parts for the required capacity.
- Should be able to Handle analysis and interface parts issues and root cause analysis

- Should have good process Knowledge. Should be able to do the PFMEA.

What you'll do
- The Deputy Manager will be responsible for delivering on TCP targets for part development and coordinating with the design team and suppliers. They will ensure timely completion of technical sign-offs and vendor PPAPs.
