Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Hands on Maintenance experience on Ipsen make Sealed Quench furnaces, Endo gas generators, Tempering, Pre-Heating furnaces, Loader & Uniloader automation & Shot blasting machines
Diagnose & repair Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system
Plan & execute PM, CBM & TBM activitiesin Heat treatment shop
Ensure calibration of all critical instrumentation likeThermocouple, Oxy probe etc.
Enforce safety protocols like LOTO, Hot work, Height work etc.
Ensure compliance of Environmental health & safety regulations
Maintain maintenance documentation for PM, Breakdowns & calibrations etc.
Lead Root cause analysis for Chronic/ Repetitive equipment failure & ensure implementation of permanent corrective actions.
Initiative towards reduction in energy consumption, component life extension & optimize spare part inventory
Train maintenance team on specialized Heat treatment & Safety procedures.

BE in Mechanical Engg
General Requirements
Sound maintenance & process knowledge of Ipsen make Sealed Quenched furnaces, Endo gas generators, Shot blasting machines used in Gear Heat treatment plant
Machining knowledge will be additional benefit
Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronic systems like SCADA

What you'll do
- The Deputy Manager-Maintenance is responsible for hands-on maintenance of various heat treatment equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They will also lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and train the maintenance team on specialized procedures.
