Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction.Good hands on knowledge of conveyors (Roller bed, Buffer chain conveyor, Elevators.Good hands on knowledge of pumps, fans, blowers, Ovens.Knowledge, profiling and troubleshooting of painting robots- Durr.To Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning associates leave.To find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, Participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.To monitor and reduce the number of equipment breakdown concerns by reviewing the daily and implementing corrective and preventive actions.To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.To monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and nominating associates for various training.To monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares.To maintain safety of equipments by monitoring safety interlocks and by providing Pokayoke
