Deliver training programs for field teams, customers, and fleet managers on IMAXX usage and benefits.
Adopt industry best practices and integrate innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Technical Experts, Training) to refine IMAXX logic and improve service quality.
Support dealer and field teams in achieving road-ready vehicles using telematics insights.
Develop and manage digital platforms and mobile apps for seamless customer and dealer engagement.
Monitor uptime targets proactively and ensure superior customer satisfaction through continuous support.
