Terraces Operational Support Coordinator 

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Full-time, Monday - Friday

The Terraces at The Clare, an exclusive senior living community in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, is looking for an organized, service-oriented professional to support our healthcare team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage medical supplies and equipment, assist with billing and medical records, and help coordinate outpatient appointments—all while making a positive impact on resident care.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and track medical supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with billing documentation and charge entry
  • Support medical record scanning and organization in the electronic health record system
  • Coordinate outpatient appointments and transportation support
  • Collaborate with Nursing and Plant Operations to ensure equipment safety and readiness
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical and storage areas
  • Provide occasional resident care support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with older adults in a healthcare setting
  • Willingness to learn and use an electronic health record system
  • CNA certification preferred
