✨ Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager! ✨
Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Manager (RN) to lead with care and make a difference!
✨ Schedule: As assigned, including some weekends and holidays
✨ Starting Salary: RN - $94,200 - $103,620/year (based on nurse supervisor/manager experience)
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain nursing standards and policies
- Support staff, residents, and families for top-notch care
- Step in for the Director of Nursing as needed
✨ What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- 3-5 years experience in supervisory capacity in a skilled nursing or LTC facility.
- Ability to incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care plans.
- A sincere desire to work with the elderly and those with limited capacity for self care.
- Capacity to grasp new theories and principles and implement them within the health center.
- Possess excellent clinical assessment skills.
- Possess basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn software related to nursing duties.
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance

Timber Ridge provides several levels of care from independent and assisted living to memory care and skilled nursing.
What you'll do
- The Nurse Manager will develop and maintain nursing standards and policies while supporting staff, residents, and families to ensure top-notch care. Additionally, the Nurse Manager will step in for the Director of Nursing as needed.
