The role (what this is really about)This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role.
You will be the primary owner of marketing execution across multiple channels, working on client campaigns as well as Magnetic’s own growth and brand presence.

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for clients, primarily across:
Own and grow Magnetic’s own marketing presence, including:
Manage marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring:
Monitor and analyse performance, maintaining clear and simple reporting that gives leadership visibility without noise.
Research topics related to Magnetic’s services, emerging trends, and growth opportunities, presenting recommendations to the leadership team.
Source, coordinate, and manage external suppliers where needed, ensuring quality and value for money.
Maintain effective internal communication so the wider team is aligned on marketing objectives and initiatives.
