- Conocimientos de ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, ingeniería de Control de equipo automático y equipo robotizado.
- Conocer y aplicar herramientas de solución de problemas (8D´s, 5 why´s.).
- Implementación y seguimiento TPM
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Procesos de Soldadura MIG Y SPOT
- Mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo
- Manejo de Core tolos
- LPA (producto no conforme, 5s, Trabajo estándar, principios de calidad e iniciativas cosma)
- Análisis y cumplimiento de MTTR Y MTBF dentro de objetivo

What you'll do
- The supervisor will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance processes. They will also apply problem-solving tools and analyze key performance indicators related to maintenance.
