Job Responsibilities:

Diese Position bezieht sich auf MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH, einem Geschäftsbereich von Magna. Das Leistungsspektrum von MAGNA Energy Storage Systems umfasst die Entwicklung und Produktion von Tanksystemen und -komponenten für PKW, Hybrid-, Erdgas- und Wasserstofffahrzeuge und auch LKW. Mit unseren rund 1900 Mitarbeitern an 9 globalen Standorten beliefern wir die Premium-Automobilhersteller mit unseren innovativen Produkten.


Für unseren Standort in Kerpen suchen wir ab sofort dich als Schweißer Automotive (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechtes Ausführen von Schweißarbeiten (WIG Verfahren) an Aluminiumbehältern nach Schweißanweisung unter Einhaltung der entsprechenden Vorschriften

  • Einhalten von Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit der Schweißnähte

  • Bewerten von automatisch angefertigten Schweißnähten sowie Prüfung der Baugruppen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit und korrekter Ausführung (Qualitätskontrolle)

  • Durchführung von Nacharbeiten an Schweißnähten

  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsdaten, z.B. Erstteilfreigaben, Fehlersammelkarten

Wissen und Ausbildung

  • Technische Ausbildung oder längere Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich

  • Interne (Freigabe der Qualität) sowie ggf. externe Schulung zum selbständigen Arbeiten als WIG Schweißer

  • Disziplin zur Einhaltung der Vorgaben sowie der erstellten Dokumente

  • Qualitätsbewusstsein hinsichtlich der technischen sowie optischen Spezifikationen des Produktes

  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Taktzeit

  • Zuverlässigkeit und Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten

  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Geschicklichkeit

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Bereitschaft in Normal- und Wechselschicht (auch 3-Schichtbetrieb) zu arbeiten
