Job Responsibilities:
Deine Aufgaben
- Interner und externer Ansprechpartner in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragen
(Reklamationsmanagement, Auditmanagement, etc.) - Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumenten in der Projekt- und Serienphase (APQP)
- Durchführung spezifischer Produkt- und Prozessanalysen unter Anwendung der Core Tools
- Einleitung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Planung und Vorbereitung von Bemusterungsunterlagen und Vorlage beim Endkunden im Rahmen des Änderungsmanagements
- Erfassung, Auswertung und Pflege von Qualitätskennzahlen (Prozess und Kosten)
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder in der Qualitätssicherung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Automotive Core Tools
- Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Problemanalyse und systematischen Lösungsfindung unter Anwendung der gängigen Methoden
- Erfahrungen im Auditmanagement
- Lösungsorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP und CAQ
