Job Responsibilities:
- Make decisions regarding the operation based on a combination of customer’s needs, needs of the business and the needs of the Employees;
- Assume Cell Leader responsibilities for assigned work cell;
- Comply with and ensure all Employees adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook;
- Comply with and ensure all Employees adhere to IATF Requirements;
- Conduct LPA/ First Off and Process related documentation verifications daily to ensure compliance;
- Utilize data and drive to close issues preventing full attainment to schedule (PPSR’s, CAR’s/PAR’s, SPC run charts)
