Job Responsibilities:

Über die Rolle

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Einrichtung der Maschinen und Anlagen je nach Auftrag
  • Bedienung der Maschinen ggf. Umrüstung der Maschinen bei Bedarf
  • Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe und Regulierung des Materialflusses
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Maschinenbelegung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten, sowie Behebung von Störungen an den Maschinen
  • Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung, hierzu gehen Inprozesskontrollen und die Bedienung spezieller Steuerungs- und Regelungseinrichtungen

Wonach wir suchen

  • Ausbildung zum Verfahrenstechniker / Maschinen- und Anlagenführer / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Rüsten und Einstellen von Kunststoffverarbeitenden Maschinen (PUR und/oder Spritzguss)
  • Erfahrungen in der Bedienung von Robotern (vorzugsweise FANUC)
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht

  • Technisches Verständnis, hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
