Job Responsibilities:

Für unser Werk in Graz/Österreich suchen wir ab sofort auf Basis einer Fixanstellung (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 25 Wochenstunden) eine Leitung Betriebsärztlicher Dienst (m/w/x), die vielseitige Arbeiten schätzt und dazu beitragen möchte, das Wohl unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie ein gesundes Arbeitsumfeld zu sichern.
 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des betriebsärztlichen Dienstes inkl. Betreuung der betriebsmedizinischen Sprechstunde (planbare Arbeitszeiten ohne Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdienste)
  • Einsatzbereitschaft bei Notfällen am Standort
  • Sicherstellung der Durchführung arbeitsmedizinischer Untersuchungen, Arbeitsplatzevaluierungen und -begehungen inkl. entsprechender Dokumentation
  • Enge und regelmäßige Kooperation mit den Sicherheitsfachkräften
  • Anlaufstelle für das Eingliederungsmanagement
  • Erstellung von Fortbildungs- und Informationsunterlagen sowie Verantwortung für innerbetriebliche Erste Hilfe Schulungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderungsprogrammen
     

Wonach wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium mit ius practicandi in Allgemeinmedizin und Notarztdiplom
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Managementfähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

Dein Profil zählt!

Für diese Position ist bei Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 Wochenstunden) ein Jahreseinkommen von mindestens € 100.000,-- brutto vorgesehen. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und deiner Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden!
