Principales responsabilidades
Calidad y Proveedores
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de calidad de proveedores.
- Revisar y dar seguimiento a PPAP, alertas de calidad, QPF y resultados de muestreo.
- Administrar el proceso de Inspección de Recibo y la disposición de material no conforme.
- Validar y liberar Try Outs con proveedores.
- Dar soporte a producción ante temas de calidad relacionados con materia prima.
- Participar en auditorías de 2ª parte, self-assessments y seguimiento a planes de acción.
- Aplicar herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5W, mejora continua).
Cumplimiento y Sistemas
- Cumplir con los lineamientos de IATF, BIQ, CTPAT e ISO 14001.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y los estándares ambientales.
- Contribuir a la correcta segregación y control de producto sospechoso.
Formación y experiencia
- Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. (Titulado indispensable)
- 3 a 6 años de experiencia en calidad, preferentemente en industria automotriz o manufactura.
- Inglés avanzado conversacional
- Sexo indistinto
Conocimientos técnicos
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Plan de Control).
- Interpretación de GD&T y especificaciones.
- Sistemas de calidad, auditorías y documentación.
- Herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5W).
- Experiencia con proveedores y cadena de suministro.

- Capacidad para tomar decisiones y actuar con criterio de calidad.
