Job Responsibilities:
Deine Aufgaben
- Warten und Reparieren zur Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktionsanlagen
- Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsprozess inkl. Roboter- und SPS Diagnose
- Durchführen der Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten inkl. Ausfüllen und Pflegen der Berichte
- Erstellen der Einsatzberichte nach Reparaturen
- Umsetzen von technischen Verbesserungen und Optimierungen
- Sicherstellen der geforderten Qualitätsanforderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wartungsfirmen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung zum Energieanlagenelektroniker, Industrieelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit elektrischem Schwerpunk auf diesem Gebiet
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position (Reparatur sowie Instandhaltung von Produktions- und Fertigungsanlagen)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Prozesstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Schweiß- oder Montagerobotern, Schwerpunkt Fanuc.
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Stanzpressen
- Kenntnisse in der SPS- und Steuerungstechnik Siemens Step 7 und TIA Portal sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit aktueller Regelungstechnik (z.B. Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, SEW)
