Group Summary:

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers
  • Performing LPA/Product/Process/DTLD/Qualification audits
  • Independently analysing and solving quality problems
  • Conducting quality reconciliations of delivered products
  • Drafting and updating documents and control plans
  • Initiating corrective and preventive actions
  • Liaising with managers of operational departments

Our requirements

  • Engineering/technical education
  • Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry (min. 2 years)
  • English language skills, allowing for free communication
  • Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan tools
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Orientation to objectives and customer needs
