About our Maersk India Summer Internship Program 2026

The program is to engage with interns for a duration of two months, involving them in real time projects to help them gain and develop skills. The program provides a gateway to an accelerated journey of Management Trainee to develop to their fullest potential and become our business leaders in the near future.

By combining our scale and resources with an entrepreneurial mindset, we offer the chance to take on bigger challenges, grow faster, and develop further.

Who is a Maersk Intern?

A Maersk intern is a passionate individual who is keen to learn new perspectives in logistics and supply chain, brings innovation to the table, drives results and keen to contribute to a tech charged logistics industry.

Functions that you will be exposed to:

Sales - Find and develop new customers as well as ensuring commitment to the current customers. Increasing Company revenue by acquiring new business deals. Coordinating business deals globally. Developing and negotiating contracts with clients.

Logistics & Services Products - Develop logistics solutions and product to satisfy the customer’s needs (Warehouses, Transportation, Depot, etc.) Implement the new projects and onboarding new customers. Manage daily operations and ensure the quality of Maersk services.

Customer Experience - Manage the Service Delivery to our customers and ensure they get the full value of our integrated solutions.

Operations- Landside Operations Execution includes to manage and operate landside transport modalities, such as truck or rail transport of cargo/containers.

Ocean - Learn more about our shipping services from over 300 ports around the world and how we can connect the business globally and simplify the supply chain end-to-end.

Who are we looking for?

• Two years’ full time MBA/ PGDM degree (any discipline) with a good GPA from 2025-2027 Batch

• Freshers or have a maximum of 3 years working experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive

· Customer Mindset, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about the Supply Chain industry

• Good spoken and written English

• Comfortable to work from any part of India.
