About this role
Ubicación: Depot Sur (con movilidad a Norte en junio), proyectos en Posorja y Puerto Bolívar.
Modalidad: Presencial.
Horario: Administrativo (8:00 a 17:00), disponibilidad para urgencias y fines de semana según se requiera.
Propósito del cargo
El Depot Team Leader tiene a su cargo administrar recursos humanos y de infraestructura para ejecutar operaciones en el depósito, asegurando productividad, calidad de servicio y cumplimiento de normativas HSSE.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar operaciones en gates, patio, inspección y despacho de contenedores.
- Cumplir KPIs (OOS, Longstanding, Turntime, Facturación).
- Planificar producción semanal junto a líderes de área.
- Entrenar y desarrollar al equipo (4 personas).
- Controlar activos, consumibles y estándares de producción.
- Garantizar procesos FIFO y estimación correcta de daños en contenedores.
Requisitos
- Educación: Título universitario (mínimo tercer nivel).
- Experiencia: 1–3 años liderando equipos en depósitos.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Reparación de contenedores, manejo de reefers, maquinaria.
- Competencias: Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas, trabajo bajo presión.
