Madison Core Labs is a state-of-the-art full-service independent clinical laboratory, and we are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our amazing team! Position Summary: Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomist's are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis, depending on their specific facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples- based on facility needs
• Identify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
• Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
• Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
• Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
• Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
• Follows instructions and other duties as directed by supervisor

Experience:

• 5 years related experience, Preferred

Education:

• H.S. Diploma, Required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Phlebotomy Certification, Preferred
• Valid Driver's License- Required
