About the Role: As an Account Executive at Mad Mobile, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, based in Tampa, FL. We are in in-office culture and collaborate daily.
In this role, you will:
Own: Take ownership of client relationships and the success of Mad Mobile solutions.
Define: Clearly define client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with Mad Mobile's offerings.
Develop: Cultivate and expand client relationships, driving growth and delivering value.
Deliver: Execute on strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Communicate: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and project success.
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the SaaS technology or restaurant industry.
Experience in selling software solutions or technology services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technological solutions.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with retail or restaurant industry trends.
