The project:
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead with Safety First, ensuring wellbeing, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
Deliver client-focused PMO and Project Controls strategies with excellence.
Uphold integrity, driving accountability, sustainable outcomes, and positive impact.
Create opportunity by mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and enabling people to excel.
Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring frameworks, governance, and performance excellence.
Partner with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving outcomes.
Manage baselines, cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and compliance to achieve objectives.
Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
Professional membership or progress toward chartered status.
Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise.
Knowledge of sustainability, risk tools, and project management frameworks.
