The role leads the implementation of an effective quality management system, ensuring statutory, legal and contractual compliance. It works closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement, acting as a key enabler of business resilience and positive organisational change.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering business plan activities to time and budget.
- Managing internal and external certification audits.
- Analysing non‑conformance and drive corrective actions.
- Reviewing and improving management system content.
- Coordinating reporting, metrics and communications.
- Recommending risk‑mitigating improvements.
- Supporting business development with specialist expertise.
- Delivering training and managing supplier performance.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree‑level education with formal auditor training and quality assurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems and internal auditing.
- Skilled in analysis, reporting and operational control principles.
- Experience developing and implementing quality tools, techniques and compliance processes.
