The Project: Mace is engaged on a significant refit project in Manhattan and are looking to add an NYC experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to the team. It is anticipated that this will be a multi-year position and will sit within our growing NYC centered Cities and Places team which covers the CRE, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors across the USA.

You’ll Need To Have: 

• Ideally 15+ years construction industry experience.
• Availability to be in NYC five days a week.
• Ability to obtain a VISA to live and work in the USA.

 You’ll Also Have: 

• Membership of appropriate professional body or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the mixed-use real estate sector. 
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.  
• Commercial and financial acumen.  
• Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.  
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.  
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on. 
• Previous NYC experience is preferred for these roles.
