The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Undertakes MEP engineering tasks ensuring compliance with Mace standards.

  • Delivers MEP services engineering and supports programme, HSW, quality, and commissioning.

  • Builds strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Provides technical input for tendering and procurement strategies.

  • Reviews contracts, scopes, schedules, and supports commercial teams.

  • Deploys technical plans aligned with Mace priorities, including prefabrication and safety.

  • Reviews consultant/trade information for compliance and sustainability.

  • Prepares delivery strategies and programmes for all phases.

  • Implements commissioning standards and monitors productivity.

  • Supports project close-out, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and net-zero carbon goals.


You’ll need to have:

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS and systems integration using a data network controlling, BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV/ Access Control, IPTV/IRS etc

  • Good knowledge & application of design, construction systems, risk management and mitigation. 

  • Proven knowledge of prefabrication / DfMA build strategies

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
