The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.

Oversees delivery of all mechanical works on behalf of the client, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, timelines, and contracts. Manages teams and coordinates stakeholders to deliver mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services) for a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising the construction delivery of mechanical works, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and compliance standards.

• Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into actionable plans.

• Driving health, safety, wellbeing, and quality culture across project teams.

• Providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Implementing quality assurance, safety audits, and continuous improvement for successful project delivery.

• Managing commissioning processes and final close-out.

You’ll need to have:

• A degree in mechanical or building services engineering.

• Experience in delivering different infrastructure plants, e.g., sewage treatment plants, RO water plants, data centers, or generator farms across major projects.

• Experience of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and commissioning standards.

• Skilled in stakeholder coordination, risk management, and digital tools for planning and reporting.

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
