The project:
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead with Safety First, ensuring compliance, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours.
Drive project delivery, planning, and performance aligned with client and business goals.
Uphold integrity, managing risks, contracts, and sustainable outcomes.
Mentor and inspire teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and talent development.
Lead planning and scheduling for complex projects, applying EVM and project controls.
Advise on requirements, analysis, and corrective measures, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Support senior management in negotiations, contracts, and sustainable business outcomes.
Inspire teams, drive performance, and champion net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
Proven expertise in planning and delivering complex property or infrastructure projects.
Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Sustainability focus, advanced scheduling knowledge, and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
