With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Regulatory & Environment Lead to join us in Vancouver, BC to work across mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:
We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of permitting processes in marine environments, including federal, provincial and municipal requirements.
- Experience managing relationships with regulatory bodies and Indigenous communities.
- Ability to develop and manage service agreements with external partners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Salary range: CAD 150,000 - 230,000
The above starting salary range may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.

What you'll do
- The Regulatory & Environment Lead will be responsible for managing permitting processes in marine environments and developing relationships with regulatory bodies and Indigenous communities. They will also manage service agreements with external partners and engage with stakeholders effectively.
