With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Regulatory & Environment Lead to join us in Vancouver, BC to work across mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:

We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:

  • In-depth knowledge of permitting processes in marine environments, including federal, provincial and municipal requirements.
  • Experience managing relationships with regulatory bodies and Indigenous communities.
  • Ability to develop and manage service agreements with external partners.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

 Salary range: CAD 150,000 - 230,000

The above starting salary range may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
