With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Engineering & Design Lead to join us in Vancouver, BC to work across mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:
We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:
- Professional Engineer with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Strong background in civil and marine engineering design for major infrastructure projects.
- Ability to ensure compliance with client standards and technical requirements.
- Experience managing design deliverables and coordinating with Prime Consultants.
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) to practise and take responsibility for engineering work in British Columbia. (international candidates will need to register their credentials with EGBC)
Salary range: CAD 150,000 - 230,000
The above starting salary range may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
