With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Engineering and Design Lead to join us in Vancouver, BC to work across mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You’ll Need To Have:
- Professional Engineer with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Strong background in civil and marine engineering design for major infrastructure projects.
- Ability to ensure compliance with client standards and technical requirements.
- Experience managing design deliverables and coordinating with Prime Consultants.
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for registration as a professional engineer (P.Eng) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) to practise and take responsibility for engineering work in British Columbia. (international candidates will need to register their credentials with EGBC).
Note: The estimated salary for this position is CAD 150,000 - 230,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.

What you'll do
