With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Commercial & Claims Lead to join us in Vancouver, BC to work across mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:
- We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:
- Expertise in procurement and contract management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience negotiating and managing collaborative contracts and claims resolution.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to protect client interests.
- Familiarity with risk registers, tender evaluations and cost control processes.
Salary range: CAD 150,000 - 230,000
The above starting salary range may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.

What you'll do
- The Commercial & Claims Lead will be responsible for managing procurement and contract management for large-scale infrastructure projects. This includes negotiating and resolving claims while protecting client interests.
