The project:
Be a part of our cost consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.
At Mace we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cost and commercial management. We are looking to recruit an associate director with an MEP background who can provide full cycle cost management services for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large and complex commissions within the public and private sector.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead estimating and cost planning activities.
- Manage procurement and contract preparation effectively.
- Deliver cost management services to achieve KPIs.
- Promote ethical operations and sustainability goals.
- Mentor and develop teams for excellence.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
- Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) or equivalent.
- Strong MEP, sustainability, and contract knowledge.
- Proven leadership and commercial expertise across sectors.
