The project:
Join our exceptional team at the heart of the UAE’s capital and help shape a truly iconic city center development. Be part of an inspiring journey as we deliver world-class infrastructure comprising of external works enhancements, roads, utilities and bridges on an iconic island development in Abu Dhabi. You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead cost management across diverse sectors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage large teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.
- Provide leadership that fosters high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee contract documentation, ensuring proper execution of warranties, bonds, and licenses.
- Drive team performance using KPIs to promote accountability and excellence.
- Direct valuation processes for strong cost control and accurate financial reporting.
- Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients.
- Evaluate claims and champion sustainability, supporting net zero carbon goals.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is essential.
