The project:

Join our exceptional team at the heart of the UAE’s capital and help shape a truly iconic city center development. Be part of an inspiring journey as we deliver world-class infrastructure comprising of external works enhancements, roads, utilities and bridges on an iconic island development in Abu Dhabi. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead cost management across diverse sectors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage large teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.
  • Provide leadership that fosters high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee contract documentation, ensuring proper execution of warranties, bonds, and licenses.
  • Drive team performance using KPIs to promote accountability and excellence.
  • Direct valuation processes for strong cost control and accurate financial reporting.
  • Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients.
  • Evaluate claims and champion sustainability, supporting net zero carbon goals.

You’ll need to have:

  • Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is essential.
