About this role
- Experience with Credit / Capital Calculation Engines / QRM / Market risk technology implementation.
- Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting
- 7-10+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles
- Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including requirement traceability matrices.
- Proficiency in creating data/process flows and maintaining governance artifacts.
- Solid foundational understanding of financial products
- Experience & proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability.
- Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets.
- Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
- Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
- Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies.
- Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.
- Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management.
