Design, implement, and maintain the following: Avaya enterprise voice platforms, Microsoft M365 environment, Atlassian cloud environment, Email gateways, Email journaling, Secure email platform, online Fax service. 

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate configuration and management tasks. 

Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users. 

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to align EUC strategies with organisational goals. 

Maintain compliance with corporate policies and industry standards. 

Provide technical guidance and documentation for Collaboration and Voice processes and solutions. 

 Liaise with vendor technical support teams and collaborate on issue resolution.

·       Participate in technology related projects aligning to your portfolio. 

• Torch bearer for the team – being a SME or go to person for multiple products/projects. Validate and challenge planned technical changes and maintain the high standard for their delivery. Embrace new technology changes.
• Can develop solutions with little instructions, should be able to troubleshoot in case of adverse incident and should be able to dissect complex problems.
• Should be able to Mentor the team members, proactively drive knowledge sharing and encourage collaboration.
• Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process.
• Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels.
• Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them.
• Understand the risk and controls around the platforms.
