Junior Copywriter - (m/f/d) - MILAN

<p>As a <span>Copywriter</span> at M+C Saatchi Milan, this will be at the core of everything we ask of you. From insight to execution, you’ll work on local and global projects for a wide range of clients. You’ll prove your ability to give each brand a unique voice and to choose the right medium and channel for every idea. You’ll work side by side with an Art Director and collaborate with different teams depending on the task.&nbsp;<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across multiple channels, from concept to execution;</p></li><li><p>Support the creation of 360° communication projects, including ATL, BTL, digital, social, and integrated campaigns;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the Junior Art Directors and cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life;</p></li><li><p>Adapt tone of voice and messaging to suit different brands, markets, and audiences;</p></li><li><p>Produce copy for a wide range of formats, including social media, digital content, print, and presentations;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to client projects, following strategic guidelines and creative briefs;</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms, and best practices to inform creative output;</p></li><li><p>Explore new formats, languages, and storytelling approaches to enhance campaign ideas;</p></li></ul><div><p></p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p></p></div><ul><li><p>At least 2-3 years of experience&nbsp;in a similar role;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The ability to develop 360° communication projects&nbsp;(ATL, BTL, digital, social, etc.), respecting different languages, strategic guidelines, and briefs;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including trends and best practices;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Curiosity and a passion for exploring new formats and expressive languages, with an out-of-the-box mindset;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent English proficiency&nbsp;(C1 level or equivalent);</p></li></ul><div><p></p><p>Applications will close on February 6, 2026.</p><p></p><p><strong>ABOUT M+C SAATCHI GROUP</strong></p></div><div><p>We are a creative solutions company deeply rooted in the diversity of European culture.
