Executive Creative Director

<p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p><span><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Leading creative teams on our of our largest clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>Setting creative vision and inspiring creative growth across all accounts and aspects of creative development. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee campaign and creative execution, coordination of creative teams and be responsible for collaborating/aligning with clients, account stakeholders, always ensuring coordination across teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working with strategy partners and clients to set the strategic and creative direction for complex integrated campaigns</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creative management of existing accounts as well as participate and lead new business efforts. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Highly conceptual thinker with proven leadership experience directing multiple creative teams and managing clients</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong client management skills and excellent presenter and communicator</span></p></li><li><p><span>Can provide clear guidance, direction and mentorship to creative team members and help set the vision for the department</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensures integrity and quality of creative output throughout all phases of a given project</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organized with and ability to manage resources and orchestrate teams across multiple projects simultaneously&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Motivate, manage and produce effective results across the creative department, providing senior support to account and strategy leads</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strategically minded, constantly thinking ahead about the needs of the team, the account, and the client</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist CCO and Director of Creative Services in hiring and managing group of direct reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with potential and current clients on business goals and creative development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to inspire confidence in clients by seeing the bigger strategic picture, understanding the clients’ vision, and ability to develop long-standing relationships</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects with research and analysis of creative</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>15-20+ years in an agency environment preferred, in client-facing roles with&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervisory experience of at least 5 years</span></p></li><li><p><span>Robust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic development&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>through creative development and delivery</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong focus on craft and&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printed</span></p></li><li><p><span>Travel may be required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL GET:</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive employer subsidized benefits package which includes group medical, dental and vision coverage, Health Savings Account, 401k retirement plan with annual company match, employee wellness, commuter benefits and cellular phone allowance, generous paid time off and employee volunteer day to encourage social responsibility giving time to the non-profit, community service or charity of your choice. Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $275,000– $300,000.
