About this role

 

En el departamento de Service & Product Marketing buscamos un/a Product Specialist para el área de Back Office Marketing, que reportará directamente al Service & Personalization Manager.

La misión del puesto será ejecutar con eficiencia y calidad todas las tareas operativas y transversales del área de marketing, asegurando que la información de producto esté actualizada y alineada con los estándares definidos por los Product Managers y CEX (departamento de Marketing Digital).

Funciones principales:

  • Crear y mantener referencias de producto en los sistemas (SAP, STEP, Excel), asegurando calidad y consistencia de la información.
  • Grabar y gestionar promociones de todas las categorías, en coordinación con los Product Managers.
  • Grabar precios en sistema y realizar controles de precios periódicos.
  • Crear descripciones de producto y contenido alineado con las directrices de PM y CEX.
  • Apoyar al equipo de marketing en todas las tareas operativas y transversales.
  • Participar en la revisión de maquetas y materiales de comunicación.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de productos y precios.
  • Colaborar en tareas transversales asignadas por el área de marketing.

Requisitos:

  • CFGS en Comercio y Marketing, Administración o similar.
  • Valorable formación específica en Marketing, gestión de producto, administración.
  • Idiomas: Castellano avanzado e inglés imprescindible First Certificate (B2)
  • Office avanzado. Valorable experiencia con SAP y STEP así como la gestión de herramientas de datos o IA.
  • Experiencia de 1–2 años en tareas administrativas en marketing o ventas.
