Stillingen har plass i team eCommerce, del av Marketing & eCommerce, som har ambisjoner om å bli Norges beste nettbutikk for B2B-aktører. Der vil du være en del av et tverrfaglige team. Vi analyserer kundedata for å designe best treffende kundesegmenter til kommunikasjonsaktiviteter, lager triggerbaserte kundereiser, tar ut kampanje i egne kanaler, og analysere aktivitetene for å forstå hvorfor det var suksess eller ikke suksess. Vi jobber i høyt tempo med mye aktiviteter, mye data, og jobber stadig for å bli mer data- og analysedrevet.
Som Digital Marketing Specialist har du ansvar for å sikre at vår digitale kommunikasjon er relevant, personlig og effektiv. Du jobber med å planlegge, sette opp og følge opp automatiserte markedsføringsprosesser, med hovedfokus på kundekommunikasjon som ligger så nær 1-1 som mulig. Rollen krever tett samarbeid med Digital Analyst og Salg for å strukturere og bruke innsikt i segmentering og personalisering.
