• Schedule: Schedule varies, with the following requirements:
  • Must work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month.
  • Must work at least one (1) weekend shift per month.
  • Must complete at least one (1) observed holiday shift per calendar year.

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents
• Play a pivotal role in supporting residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Perform diligent assessments, monitoring, and personalized care planning
• Ensure residents receive the medical attention and support they need to thrive
• Foster trusting relationships and open communication with residents and their families
• Create a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected

What You'll Need: 

• Current Illinois Registered Nursing license or Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license is required. 
• At least 2 years of Nursing experience required.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. 
• Experience in working with older adults is preferred
