About this role
Job Description
A. IRF Off‑Roll Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support for IRF off-roll hiring.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
B. MIS Management
- Prepare and maintain detailed IRF Sales & Head Office recruitment MIS.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity across dashboards and reports.
C. Background Verification (BGV)
- Handle end-to-end BGV workflow for approx. 600 - 700 cases per month.
- Coordinate with external BGV vendors and internal stakeholders.
D. Vendor Coordination & Agreements
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, IRF vendors, and BGV partners.
Prepare manual offer letters for select roles as required.
- Coordinate with new joiners for documentation, pre-joining formalities, and follow-ups.
- Manage attendance sheets, candidate flow, and documentation handling.
