Specialist Sales Representative (Almeria)

Your new role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving the sales objectives in your territory for the promoted products, using the tools and resources provided by the company and based on a thorough analysis of your area. You will plan and execute your territorial action plan together with your Area Manager, segment your customer base and ensure the right frequency and quality of sales visits. You will build and maintain a strong, positive image of Lundbeck among healthcare professionals, decision-makers and key institutions in your region. You will keep your product, competitor and disease-area knowledge fully updated to deliver high-quality and science-based promotional activities.
Your future team
You will join the Neuropsychiatry area of Lundbeck Iberia, one of the company’s two key commercial areas in the region, focused on delivering innovative solutions for neuropsychiatric disorders. You will work in close collaboration with your Area Manager and cross-functional teams at both the local and central level. Together, you will analyse territory performance, share field insights and implement agreed marketing and micromarketing initiatives.
You will also contribute actively to campaign meetings, assigned projects and the continuous improvement of our ways of working, including sharing best practices with peers. Continuous learning is an integrated part of the role, and you will participate in training programmes provided by the company (LMS, commercial training and other relevant initiatives).
This is a field-based position in Spain, covering the Andalusia region.
