  • You will have an opportunity to lead end to end projects included in the new transformation roadmap and build with us an efficient PMO organization.  

  • You will monitor project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies. 

  • You will manage a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget, and quality. 

  • You will cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the expected outcomes of your projects to add real value to the organization. 

 

 

Your future team 

Project Management Office is anchored within Service Excellence & Innovation Team in Lundbeck GBS. It focuses on building PMO culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long-term strategy. Project Management Team will collaborate very closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating successful implementations. 

 

 

What you bring to the team  

  • Project management experience, minimum 6 years
  • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) 
  • English at C1 is a must
  • Expertise in Agile methodology is an advantage 
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage
