The main purpose of the role is delivering efficient and high-quality master data management services in alignment with applicable policies. Person working as Intern supports Master Data Team in daily operations:
- Supporting creation and updating of Vendor, Customer, Product and Bank Master Data in accordance with defined processes.
- Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (ServiceNow/Outlook /Phone).
- Supporting implementation of any change and/or improvement initiatives.
- Various ad hoc support duties to assist with all areas of our Procurement & Finance Operations department.
Your future team
As our Intern, you will be part of team who consists of around 12 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible e.g., for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 20 entities around the world.
What you bring to the team
- Currently studying
- Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance (Master Data)
- Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
- Caring for details
- Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very good English (B2)
- Availability: minimum 30 hours per week

What you'll do
- The intern will support the Master Data Team in daily operations, including the creation and updating of various master data types and responding to stakeholder queries. They will also assist with change initiatives and provide ad hoc support to the Procurement & Finance Operations department.
