
The Flightcare Manager, based in the Operations Control Center (OCC), is responsible for customer care before, during, and after each flight. The primary objective of the Flightcare Manager is to deliver a truly top-notch service experience with the highest attention to detail and a strong commitment to error-free execution. The role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures that all service-related requirements are delivered in line with contractual agreements and customer expectations.
The position requires close and continuous cooperation with the Sales Department to ensure that commercial agreements and special arrangements are fully understood and flawlessly executed in daily operations. The Flightcare Manager also works in tight coordination with Operations and Crew to align service delivery, manage changes, and provide a consistent, premium customer experience.
By consistently exceeding expectations and ensuring flawless coordination, the Flightcare Manager plays a key role in building a strong and sustainable trust base with our customers, in particular with aircraft brokers.
