About this role

Job Purpose
Solving technical / Automation issues faced by clients using Lucy product related to either quality of product supplied, or damage caused by end user due to handling or maloperation

Job Context
The role will support the energy service department to attend all claims which located in ES area or at site. The position will be based in Dammam, further will be attending site kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities
These will include:
Maintenance and service of all Lucy products.
Ability to perform and demonstrate correct operation of Lucy product Carrying out inspection at site and on shop floor.
Analyzing client's issues.
Ability to carry out limited local mechanical and electrical repair.
Documentation of site visit, fault analysis and any remedial action take or proposed.
Ensure daily targets are achieved.
Ensure work is carried out in safe environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of the following wiring diagram
Knowledge of electrical component,
Ability to work with team as well as self-management of time and priorities.
Drive to expand personal product knowledge and share with the team.
Good communicator in English and Arabic.
Experience working in an engineering and manufacture environment. Ability to use Microsoft programsi
