Job Purpose
Manufacturing of switchgear (RMU) – various types of products.
Monitoring of the shop floor assembly activities as per the customer requirement / Specification to complete the assembly.
Identification & monitoring of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency)
To monitor the Daily/weekly/monthly manpower as per production plan.
Review with the operator’s feedback & corrective actions.
Monitoring & conducting systems parameters of quality & safety as per target.
Key Accountabilities
Daily production Planning for final assembly.
Daily production Monitoring of Plan Vs Actual with D365
Daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of manpower required & output.
Preparing & Monitoring of daily reports.
Monitoring of in-process defects /rejection.
Training of new contract operator - ongoing
Skill Matrix/defect monitoring
Monitoring for the quality & safety systems parameters (as per target)
OEE / OLE of respective Line Record / defect monitoring
Job Context
The position is responsible to:
To achieve the daily/weekly/monthly target. (manufacturing & Dispatches)
Monitoring & actions on KPI (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Daily reporting of the targets & corrective action plans.
Respective TPM Circle Activities
Kaizen and 6S Implementation & Sustenance
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
Minimum 2+ years for BE & 4+ years for Diploma working experience in similar industry.
Self-driven individual with business acumen.
Skill manpower handling - white collar & blue collar.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP/D365 System- production declaration processing in the system.
Experience in Production planning & execution at large industry.
