We already serve 1000+ of users in 🇫🇷, 🇵🇹 and 🇬🇧 and are integrating with dozens of lab partners. Team of passionate and tier-1 operators Backed by YC X25 and a seed round led by tier-1 investors, athletes & operators A live AI "doctor" agent already shipping actionable protocols every day We’re a small, ambitious team of repeat founders, biohackers. We’re growing extremely fast (10% week over week) and scaling to empower more Europeans to take control of their health. About the role

Skills: Figma, CSS

As our first founding designer , you'll shape both product and brand strategy, and design systems from the ground up, reporting directly to our CTO with significant input on the product roadmap.

On the day-to-day, you’ll:

Own the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups and implementation.

Create intuitive interfaces that transform complex health data into actionable insights.

Design and develop our product design system , establishing patterns and components that can scale.

Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Build features that foster community engagement and support among users.

Help define product strategy based on user needs and business objectives.

Ensure our consumer brand remains consistent across the company materials and communication channels.

Work with the GTM team on the website and marketing materials .

You’ll thrive here if you

5+ years product design experience.

Consumer products experience is a plus.

Master of Figma.

Experience with design systems and component-based design.

You have reinvented broken user experiences.

Solid grasp of the healthcare ecosystem and preventive health space.

Comfortable with data-heavy design.

Ability to translate complex data into Apple-grade interfaces.

Bias for shipping small, safe experiments fast.

Entrepreneurial, low-ego mindset.

You want to build a massive company with massive impact.

Cautious about your health, actively doing sport.

Care about health: you read PubMed abstracts for fun, or track your own biomarkers and metrics.

Fluent in English. French is a bonus.
